Initiative Petition 146. The OR legislators against equality laws have filed a 3rd petition. Late yesterday, the groups seeking to overturn Oregon ’s equality laws filed another initiative petition to repeal the domestic partnership law. Initiative Petition 146 contains small, but possibly critical differences from its predecessor, IP 144.

I thought this story was just covering old news until I looked closer and saw that it has a unique number: Initiative Petition 146. So, the Oregon legislators against our equality laws have filed a third petition. So when I asked "How low can they go?" apparently, they can go even lower!
