I admit it, I am addicted to the tube but not the crap you find on regular network TV. I am hooked on cable and Showtime is my drug of choice.
Last night I went to the premiere of Weeds Season 4 and Secret Diary of a Call Girl. The later I expected not to like. I hate Happy Hooker stories like the Cinderella inspired, Pretty Woman and I figured Secret would be more of the same. WRONG. Like the character Nancy Botwin in weeds our call girl Belle, played by Billie Piper is another great anti-hero. A woman living by her own rules and like Nancy she has deeply rooted emotional issues.
