$10,000 abstinence contest

A Georgia non-profit is offering engaged couples a chance to win $10,000. All they have to do is agree to ban alcohol from their wedding reception, undergo pre-marital counseling, and strictly abstain from pre-marital sex. There's one hitch--no one has entered.

    • If the group chaperoning this lame contest received a 2.27 million dollar grant, and the unlucky prudish couple only gets $10,000, where does the other 2.26 million dollars go. Sure abstinence education is the likely answer, but, in all honesty, I don't remember any such education be taught in the public schools that I attended. Come to think of it, I don't believe any youngsters are be taught such useless education....Just ask the kids you do know. I bet the money is going into the pocket of some lucky thief...Probably a child molesting evangelical republican.
