The Grand View Topless Coffee Shop, which offered milkshakes as well as tea and coffee, had only been opened for a few months.
Owner, and local hero, Donald Crabtree lived on the premises with his family and, like his staff, wasn't fully covered - for insurance!

I'm sorry but the the thing that jumps out at me here is the 'family run topless cafe' bit. Family and topless should not go together that is weird!
No wonder it was burnt down, probably a disgruntled family member disturbed at seeing siblings and parents topless all the time. - 2 years ago
