In the battle for the spiciest cuisine, there is a new and unusual contender. A Brighton takeaway has created a burger so spicy, staff refuse to accept responsibility for what happens to customers who eat it.
Customers have to sign a legal disclaimer saying they will not sue Nick before they can take their first bite.

It's amazing what people will eat! Saying that, I'm going to Brighton this weekend and if I still ate burgers, I'd totally try one of these. I have a super-high tolerance for spice, but by the looks of it, I think this burger would be even too hot for me to handle.
