Here is video from The Today Show this morning where a Coast Guard Officer talked about efforts yesterday to rescue people swept into the ocean by a "rogue wave" fueled by Hurricane Bill. The Coast Guard worked valiantly to rescue the those swept away and did a fantastic job. Tragically, one 7 year-old girl died.
