Whoops! that would never happen on our news, lol. Anne_Foy, is right though, why give out the name in the first place. Although it may not have been the police that released it though, the news net work may have found it for them selfs and some smart person put the name on the auto-cue.

i'd disagree with that, victims under the age of 16 can't have their names released regardless of if they police let it slip or not. The media has an obligation to protect the rights of the victims even if they can get around it, imo.
