Anyone who has experienced and/or lived with someone like this will instantly recognize what Dimitri is: a narcissistic sociopath. This fool, just from what I heard on these two messages, could be the poster child for what an N.S. is made up of.

They are evil personified - make no mistake about it. They are highly intelligent, manipulative, controlling, pathological liars....and those are just a few of their many 'attributes'. If you have the displeasure of being in a relationship with an N.S. you already know how totally destructive they can be.

There is no cure for narcissistic sociopaths...and they will not ever acknowledge or admit that they may have a problem - an illness, if you were. But trust me...they most certainly do. And the instant they are confronted by a significant other or special person in their life, they will go on the attack, making sure that there is nothing left of that person's self esteem. They make their partners completely dependent upon them, alienating them from friends and family...slowly, over time, so that their mission isn't truly known until it is too late and the victim has no support system left whatsoever. And when the damage is complete they move on to their next victim.

In my opinion, these are the most terrible, most evil people you could ever come in contact with. They are charmers....but if you find yourself in a long-term relationship with one of them you will quickly discover that there is nothing charming about them at all. Quite the contrary.
