The Telegraph has run an interesting piece by an expat writer who's recently been placed in Paris.
Emily Rose writes that while Paris may be known as the city of love, it's also the capital of perverts. She says all you have to do is be female and walk down the street - this will more than likely get you catcalls from dirty old men and propositions from several others. She even claims to have spotted men having a wank in broad daylight by the open-air public pissoires.
In her article she asks if anyone can explain this phenomenon. Have any Current readers out there spent a lot of time in Paris? Anyone have any idea why Frenchmen are oh-so-pervy?
