BBC was inspired by the recent spate of natural disasters to befall Indonesia AGAIN, and interviewed my friend, Geologist Chris Rowan. In this interview, Chris explains to the BBC interviewer why scientists cannot predict earthquakes nor (to a lesser extent) tsunamis.
