The Queen has praised South Africa's journey of "democratic renewal" at a state banquet for President Jacob Zuma.

She told guests at Buckingham Palace that, since Nelson Mandela was freed 20 years ago, the country had achieved the mammoth task of transforming itself.

Mr Zuma, who is on a three-day state visit to the UK, said Britain had helped "free" his country. -

This would be so funny if it wasn't so wrong!
Everyone at this 'banquet' knows the real problems with south africa, and the fact that it's partly britain that forced it to be that way, jacob zuma is moving people from their houses onto the streets so he can build parking lots for cars for the world cup, is this democracy? is this a 'free' country.
South africa, although a beautiful country, is one of the saddest examples of what western power can to to a continent, and their mentality.
But guess our lovely sweet sovereign doesnt care about that, she was probably just hungry and wanted a bite to eat.
