    • War, guns, kill and conquer seems to be all humans understand. Business is another way of doing that but not so messy. It seems to me that we are evolving socially into two different species. Those of us who want peace and refuse to live in fear and those who are eager to fight when dialogue would be better. I think most conflicts are like that and all or most wars represent that mentality.

    • what does being responsible have to do with anything? and who are u AFRAID is going to victimize you? U defensiveness only confirms what michael moore is talking about. your second ammendment is guaranteed in the constitution this is true, but what motivates your gun ownership? surely you dont do every single thing that you have the "right" to do just because?

    • "Moore gets to the heart of why so many Americans own guns and defend their use: they're afraid."

Moore is incorrect about this as well. First of all, the possession and carrying of firearms is a civil right as stated in the Constitution. Secondly, we carry firearms not because we are afraid but because we are responsible and we will not be victims.
