The president of the NAACP, Benjamin Todd Jealous, reacts to the speech Mitt Romney gave at the NAACP convention. Jealous says that Romney “had a chance to change the game,” but his speech did not do that. “When (Romney) used the phrase ‘Obamacare’ … it signaled to most people in the room a lack of respect for the president.” Jealous emphasizes the fact that Romney “could have built bridges with the speech instead of burning one.”
