Rep. Barney Frank on his proudest moments on the Hill

Congressman Barney Frank (D-Mass.) speaks with Bill about the moments in his political career he is most proud of as he prepares to retire at the end of his term. Rep. Frank says he is proud to be the first openly gay member of Congress “to volunteer that I was gay.” Other sources of pride for Rep. Frank are the financial reform bill and the work he did to keep President Clinton from being impeached.
