Bill continues to examine the president’s proposed tax extension plans with Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.). Holmes Norton says, “It’s the boost Americans want and need.” But, she adds, “the GOP is blocking anything that could be done to relieve the misery that many are encountering.” She also points out that the president knows how to run a campaign.
