U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis joins “Full Court Press” to speak with Bill about the president’s recent push for an extension of tax cuts for the middle class. Solis tells Bill, “The money will go right back into the economy.” Solis also comments on the latest unemployment rate and jobs numbers. She says to Bill, “We have to do better, but we need the cooperation of Congress.”
