The show puts a comedic spin on the 24-hour chaos and information overload brought about by the constant bombardment of the media. Hosted by Conor Knighton and co-starring Brett Erlich, Sarah Haskins, Ben Hoffman, and Sergio Cilli, the show airs on Thursdays at 10 pm Eastern and Pacific Times and can be found online at http://current.com/infomania. • This seems to be a bit behind the times and a touch of a cliché topic to base an episode upon, especially if one considers that Disney themselves expertly deconstructed their own stereotypes (including the "animals helping out the princess") in the movie Enchanted. It seems less-than-timely to pick on "Sleeping Beauty" 50 years after its release. Comedic hindsight is 20/20, I guess. Next, I'd like to see something about how mean Hitler was and how terrible airplane food tastes.

      Besides, those princesses are HOT.

yeah, i was surprised by their absence. the disney princess wedding dresses, disney wedding, the proliferation of tiaras (always with the damn tiaras) on wedding sites... when i was doing research for my princess paper, i came across a couple of books dedicated to the princess strain of cradle-to-grave (or at the very least cradle-to-marriage, when you can then repeat the cycle with your inevitable pink-frocked kidlets) consumerism.

    • Being a princess is about what's inside... as long as it's accompanied by an outside that's sufficiently stunning to make an entire town burst into song at your presence! And as long as your waist is significantly narrower than your head. Check it out sometime, I think that goes for at least half of them.

    • How funny! This totally reminds me of Princess Bubble.

Princess Bubble was written by single women to encourage these targeted girls.

      Great Job!

    • Thank you Sarah! This Princess episode totally kicked ass. Have you thought about doing one about laundry ads, because apparently (according to tv) men don't ever do laundry.

    • Sarah, you just described my life! You have collectively solved all my life's problems.. My dad thinks I failed to live up to my potential, my mother is , uh, confusing and I am still waiting to find that prince.

So all I should do is hang around in a semi public place, the woods, or somewhere and my life will be fixed? Thanks for the wisdom.

      Sarah, you rock.

    • I don't think I have ever seen a movie where a young boy wants his princess to come along. Erm well anywya, I would like if if Sarah Haskins was erm yanno like Princess Sarah, and she had a segment on Infomania called Target Princess. Or something. But that's just me. And then there's that song, Some Day My Prints Will Come (as in, from the photographer). It's actually dated by today's technology! Prints? Erm, okay.
