I thought I would feel bad for the guy after watching it the first 2 times. After exceeding the first two times (thanks for the cuts to the guy falling over, and over, and over again), I laughed much harder. And here I am, yet again. Watching this same thing. It's kind of addicting to watch, like the video of Bill O'Reily freaking out.

hahahaha that was awesome. Mark Hicks was on a special on Discovery Channel too, one of those sport science things were they try to find the secrets of different martial arts styles or whatever. Nice interview Ben, keep it up.
