I love this look back into the past! Great choices. Now I wish that videos today were pushing the envelope, and I don't mean how much nudity one can cram on cable.

What, no Stones? I actually danced to this in 1969. And oh, Dylan was great.

I really like this a lot! I don't necessarily agree with the top 5 in its entirety, but I thought it was funny nonetheless!

Dylan helped free music up in the day. I'm not a lover of the music, but respect the change he helped bring about. I thank him so should you even if you dislike the music.

haha, you're probably right - and his video is creative... Still, anyone who makes it big, but still lessons the quality of an industry hurts the future production by the industry - for instance, a modern example - Madonna - amazing singer, but a dumb whore - she made it okay for girls singing pop music to be dumb whores, or Andy Warhol - ...he uhhh, had an original concept, and no talent - what happened to art? You now have bull shit artists selling pictures of red dots for millions! Haha, so while I see your side of the argument on Dillon's progressive movement, I have my own reasons for an absolute hatred of him haha - basically, he made it okay for musicians who can't sing to be musicians -whether or not that's a good thing, I don't know - however, I believe that you could argue either side of his influence on the music industry. You're right though, he was in fact very influential.

I thought he was pretty funny - even if it is just "chaff" you have a chance at a hit or miss with any joke. VH1 has commedians comment on videos all the time - just hoping what they say is funny - it may be "chaff", but the guy did a nice job

CRAP? yu are harsh mann! I'm not a big fan but Dylan did bring voice to many people who started the counter culture. The same culture you enjoy today. I respect your opinion on music. However Dylan did help make it posible for you to be counter in culture. Hate the sounds fine, but respect the history.

Yep, my great grandaddy used to sit on his front porch with his dog Rufus, smoking a cee-gar and listening to Dylan! He tol' me he had to turn up his hearing aid because he wasn't sure if the batteries in his hearing aid were going dead or if it was just that Dylan didn't make any sense!! Them and the Temptations!

pshhhh - I hate Dylan!!! I'm sure he's in the top five worst singers of all time - so why don't his song writing abilities and his singing cancel each other out?? - He's just average - Ha!
...and yes, the Beatles did invent the mullet Unfortunately, Brian Epstein sold the rights of the mullet to Billy Ray Cyrus and the Beatles were no longer allowed to wear their new found haircut.

This is a GREAT top five. Dylan's video has been copied like a thousand times... good choice for #1.
This Ready Steady Go clip of The Rolling Stones shows how good they were live. Its a shame they lipsynch'ed later... ooops

Remember if Dylan did'nt make it when he did you would'nt be a counter culture respect the past! But by all means express your opinion of music. I'm not a big Dylan fan but see how he helped bring the change we all live by today.
