Lucky for us yes it can, and will-just give it time. In the same way that MTV evolved away from being a music channel and how A&E apparently used to be an arts channel...dont know when that was tho

I have seen at least one of each of those shows, and they are pretty entertaining. But Steven Segal....REALLY??? Really A&E? Next they'll find Joyce Dewitt and ask her to do a reality show...wow....
