I live near Corpus Christi and yes we have a lot of accidents. Mostly with uninsured drivers with no D.L. Thank Goviner Perry for that.

Sorry to say...not just truckers.
When I was on tour almost every one of the members on the RV were guilty of it.I didn't poop in a bag...but I may have peed in a fast food cup.
