The fact that they banned dip is fucking stupid. Granted, dip is disgusting, and people that use it are hicks the fact that people are okay with the government arbitrarily banning substances is wrong. People should be able to do what ever the hell they want with their bodies.

The adorable local news came from KPRC in Houston, Texas not Portland, Oregon. I only know that because I'm from Houston... loved the Viral Video Film School... so accurately portrays the morons that dip.
