I Ain't Afraid of No Ghost Shows

Conor_Knighton
Conor Knighton breaks down the ghostly "reality" shows currently haunting basic cable.

infoMania is a half-hour satirical news show that airs on Current TV. The show puts a comedic spin on the 24-hour chaos and information overload brought about by the constant bombardment of the media. Hosted by Conor Knighton and co-starring Brett Erlich, Sarah Haskins, Ben Hoffman, Bryan Safi and Sergio Cilli, the show airs on Thursdays at 10 pm Eastern and Pacific Times and can be found online at http://current.com/infomania/ or on Current TV. • That guy Zak "Douche" Bagans from Ghost Adventures is like a fratboy/actor/giant a-hole. And no one ever finds anything. Ever.

      Pull my hair.

    • So timely. I watched Ghost Adventures, those dudes are total douchebags. Then I watched Ghost Hunters. Those guys and ladies act like they're scientists, but I found myself missing the douchbags.

PS those shows make me not believe in ghosts for the simple fact that I don't want to believe that my afterlife is going to be spent being yelled at by a muscley, tattooed, uber-douche and then making a door open and close for his amusement.

    • That's SO true about those paranormal shows, mind you 'Most Haunted' is one of the shows proving popular on Living (in the UK, which makes the show) and its now in its 13th season...

    • Discoverd infomania recently on youtube as I live in Aruba and don't have cable access. I am completely addicted. The wittiest program on the air, I can always count on some good laughs and a great insight into current pop culture and media foibles.
I need my Infomania fix daily! (Rotten Tomatoes too!!)
