Good idea for a costume. The problem with using the Milgram experiment is that it is horrifying reality as opposed to Halloween escapism. And it won't get you laid like Twilight vampire costume will :)

I prefer to base my Halloween costumes on those things that truly scare me. I think one of the great parts of Halloween is that we get to be those things that scare us and thereby understand them, and reduce the fear that we feel.
