At least, that's what the "History" Channel wants us to think. Conor Knighton takes a look at "Armageddon Week" - a week of programming that has nothing to do with history, and everything to do with scaring the crap out of you.

infoMania is a half-hour satirical news show that airs on Current TV. The show puts a comedic spin on the 24-hour chaos and information overload brought about by the constant bombardment of the media.     • I met this totally hot girl on New Years and we spent most of apocalypse week in bed with the history channel on. So now every time theres an Armageddon show on well we head for the bed room. Kind of weird but lots of fun!

    • more death and destruction? sounds like the last 5000+/- years that man has been around...
      let us not forget that we are to the earth as ants are to man...

      it's more likely that our government "of the people, by the people and for the people" will forget it's citizens and screw up so badly that earth will shake us off like we shake off the ants from an anthill.

      unless of course we citizens shake the halls of our 'dear leaders' and cast them out to sea. presuming that the sea can handle more flotsam and jetsom....

      we all gotta go sometime, and if you aren't living each day as if it were the last, you'll miss a thousand lifetimes!
