Host Conor Knighton and comedic crew wickedly skewer the week in media. Includes Heidi Pratt's return on the final season of "The Hills," the internet's cutest puppies, hip hop videos by Ludacris and Trey Songz, Andy Rooney's rants on "60 Minutes," the fight for gay divorce, a review of the iPad, and Sandra Bullock's baby.

infoMania is a half-hour satirical news show that airs on Current TV. The show puts a comedic spin on the 24-hour chaos and information overload brought about by the constant bombardment of the media. Hosted by Conor Knighton and co-starring Brett Erlich, Sarah Haskins, Ben Hoffman, Bryan Safi and Sergio Cilli, the show airs on Thursdays at 10 pm Eastern and Pacific Times and can be found online at http://current.com/infomania/ or on Current TV. • Nice red herring there with the bar, but please get rid of it. I too couldn't stop looking at it. Could it not just appear and disappear with each new section or something? And this is such a boys club, glad there is a new girl coming!

    • The bar is fine, but not when it's shown constantly. Can't it just be shown briefly when advancing to the next topic? Kids' Morgue was pretty funny though.

Also, hate Connor's Picks. Stop with the recommendations and get to the funny clips of people hurting themselves.

    • I liked the bottom bar... though I had a hard time reading the font.

More Matrix demonstrations, please! (Best one I've ever seen, Conor!)

    • That bar didn't serve me any drinks! >_<
Apart from that I didn't notice it. Much.
I love that music over the Islamic extremist B-roll 60 minutes thing.

    • Thank goodness I'm not the only one who has a problem a that bar on the bottom. If you have to keep it, at least let it disappear a few seconds after your new topic shows up, please take it off.

    • bottom bar = suck! I thought there would be jokes or random stuff in it to throw us off, but no! The show has done nothing wrong, it doesn't need to be behind bars.

Great ipad review, and puppy videos!

    • Dear infoMania team,
While there are some dumb people out there who don't know the difference between Louis, Neil, and Lance Armstrong, at least they have the excuse of similar names to fall back on. Saying "Alexander Hamilton" and showing Andrew Jackson...yes they were both presidents, but come on. I thought you were better than this, infoMania.
      Love,
      Rebecca

Pretty sure Alexander Hamilton wasn't a president, though he tried a few times...they are both A names though, so he has that excuse. As long as Conor owns it later, I'll forgive him; accidents happen.

As far as the bar on the bottom goes, it's cute at the beginning of the segments, and the joke at the end was funny, but it should pop down during the actual material. It's very distracting, and I have a constant urge to close it like those ads. But I can't. :(

lol, don't worry, you're right! i think he was actually eligible, since there was a grandfather provision for the people who were citizens at the signing of the Declaration, but i was wrong--he didn't try for the presidency, he just tried to screw john adams out of it.

    • I for one love the new bottom bar!

      "Great, there's Brett tonight!"
      "Almost there, almost Brett!"
"I can just feel Brett coming..."
      "ZOMG BRETT!"

"Aw, Brett is over... :( "

    • The bar at the bottom of the screen shouldn't be there for the whole show, just when they change stories. It's annoying seeing it there for the whole. show.

    • The bar at the bottom of the screen sucked! It was distracting and just reminded me of the ticker at the bottom of every news channel, which is what I thought this show was supposed to be making fun of, not imitating in a non-ironic way. Also, the sponsored segments is in that same vein. I love VVFS but I don't want to hear a plug for Geico everytime I see it. Same with the new sponsor for We've Got You Covered. The opening title sequence of Infomania is all about how the media saturates our lives and assaults us with layers of advertising within advertising on tv and the internet and how Infomania itself is start to do that and that's lame. Still love the show of course but those sponsor bits and the bottom bar suck.
