Jackass 3-D, A Rotten Tomatoes on infoMania Primer

Brett_Erlich
To prepare viewers for the upcoming release of Jackass 3-D, Brett Erlich and Ellen Fox deliver a humorously exhaustive history of the franchise covering all the extremely low points, from rectal rockets to salmon semen. Please do not watch this with anyone easily offended, easily grossed out, or easily disturbed by Brett, Ellen, or rockets launched out of rectums.

infoMania is a half-hour satirical news show that airs on Current TV. The show puts a comedic spin on the 24-hour chaos and information overload brought about by the constant bombardment of the media. Hosted by Conor Knighton and co-starring Brett Erlich, Erin Gibson, Ben Hoffman, Bryan Safi and Sergio Cilli, the show airs on Thursdays at 11/10c on Current TV.

    • I have lived 30 years in the USA, and have not seen one Jackass episode, spin- off or Movie. Thank you Rotten for giving me the 10 year recap in 5- 7 mins... It doesn't seem I missed much.

    • Brett- I know you'll never read this, but my 83 yr old grand mum has a GILF crush on ya. She said that those "flaming" red shoes you wear in your car commercial are "Snarzy." That's right! Snarzy! Hazel moved to beantown as a little lass from County Cork, IR. She's a lookah kid if your man enough.

It is know impossible for those who have read this to not use the word : Snarzy.

    • I thought the review was excellent. I thought the movie, even though I don't usually like too much fart jokes, or things that reminds of the roman decadence, but I am gonna say that this was an interesting experience. It felt like going on a ride on some Hollywood amusement park. I'd have to say I didn't laugh for most of the jokes, but for the ones I did, I think it's worth watching it, especially since people are gonna make fun of us in the future, and they will talk about this movie in examples of the 3-d craze. It certainly will mark the era of 3-d.
Or at least 3-d by the use of special glasses.

I do wanna know if this movie created a phenomenon of vomiting in the theaters? I swear, there was a moment there That I had to close my eyes and plug my ears as I was just about to seriously vomit (sweat scene). Even though vomiting is not good, I thought it was impressive the fact that a movie caused a physical reaction in me. I will always applaud that.

Finally, for most of the movie it felt like there was a lot of gay tension, kind of like the male characters almost where desiring to copulate with each other. Very Homoerotic, but I think this was on purpose. Me, being a gay man, did not get offended by all the "gay jokes" they had through the movie. In fact, it felt ( i could totally be wrong on this one) but It felt like they where supporting the gay community more than attacking it. I love that, oh and off course, the beginning of the movie, starting with that rainbow logo from Bryan Safi's "That's Gay". I wonder if the show had an effect on the movie, at least subconsciously. Hey Current, was that on purpose or a fun coincidence?

    • This is one of the most enormously anticipated movie in high school history. And Brett and Ellen really got in the spirit with the "salmon semen" chant.

    • That was a hoot. But I prefer Ellen and Brett in half-hour form. I can't help but think this will cut into Brett's VVFS time.

    • Salmon sea men! That is fun to say! Above all, the Jackass crew does the most gayest s**t ever! I'll pass on this like I did the other films and tv shows!
