    • The parts were better than the sum. Sam Rockwell was fantastic and expect an Oscar nod for Juliette Lewis. However, something at the root of the movie and I'm not really sure what was just missing. Maybe the movie should have had more tension.

      However, one scene in the movie is incredible - Hillary Swank loses custody of her kids. She puts on a happy face for them and puts them in the car. Once they are out of sight she collapses.

      I agree with Ellen - it would have made a good special on Showtime or Hallmark Hall of Fame.

      The music is misplaced and misused and this detracted from my enjoyment of the movie.
