It's actually more of a Western Comedy. The violence makes it for mature audiences but this is a highly unlikely situation for a young girl to be in so it loses a little bit of it's credibility here. She, also, seems surprisingly unshaken by events....all of them and is incredibly clever for a girl or boy....at ANY age. Great dialogue....don't be afraid to laugh during this movie! People sitting next to me weren't sure even though they wanted to laugh. I laughed and they joined me when they realized....it's OKAY to laugh when a movie is funny....regardless of it's genre. ;) Go see it!

I agree with both of you Brett and Ellen. Performances were magnificent along with smart humor and beautiful scenes.
But, what the movie lacks which I expected greatly from the trailer, is character development and story. The movie occasionally becomes stretched and boring in the middle. There is ample justification of the characters while the storyline is flat. The journey through the woods becomes boring and redundant. In my opinion, a movie to secure above 80% rating requires story and strong characters and not just its portrayal. I would rate it 65% - 70%. Again, I am not a professional, you guys are. But yes it could have been made better.
Thank you for your time.

I am definitely going to see this movie but more importantly there is something wrong with this video clip. I think you're having ping back issues. It is loading in 5 second sections. The buffering makes it impossible to watch.
