How (Not) to Be a Gay Dad: That's Gay

Bryan Safi is always eager to hop on a Hollywood trend. So with "The Kids Are All Right" winning big at the Golden Globes and celebrity gays adopting children quicker than Bryan can read a gossip blog, infoMania's "That's Gay" correspondent weighs becoming a dad himself. Job One: Finding another guy to raise a kid with. A visit to a group of gay dads and their kids then helps Bryan devise Job Two: Find a co-dad who will do most of the child-rearing, because apparently it's a lot of work.

    • Gay Dad? My Gosh!!! That was not new... mostly, those men just did not know how to be a man and they want to be a Father but how?

      Gay is not gay when children came. They are bisexual. Gay is only pertaining to a man who is being Gay and love and have sex only to same sex.

      Lesbian is only pertaining to those women who enjoy and loves same sex too.

      Being straight is to have sex only to opposite sex. Education is missing pertaining to what Gay, Lesbian, bisexual and straight individual means.

      I chose to love a real Gay before rather than in a bisexual because when Gay fall in Love to a woman, they only love one person. And to my opposite sex who enjoys being themselves.

      I don't quite understand what you mean about being bisexual -- are you implying that everyone is bisexual at birth and that we ultimately choose being gay/straight/whatever? It may have applied to you, but such a general statement like that won't apply to everyone, for example, me.

      I don't want to make this a huge forum about sexual identity since this is about Bryan's awesome video so I'll try to keep this short. As Dan Savage says, who we have sex with is only part of our sexual identity. What about people who have a one-time thing with a member of the same sex but go on to marry and have a family? It's not who we have sex with that defines our sexual orientation but rather who we choose to live with and love. I could have sex with a woman but does that make me straight, or even bisexual? No, because that's not who I want to spend my life with.

      Anyway, I feel like people have the right to define themselves rather than let others define it for them. If we should be teaching anything about this, it would be to let them decide for themselves who they are than to push labels on them.

      Hey!!! Are you out of this world? Bisexual is that person who have sexual intercourse in both sexes. Not all are being born with that. They are those people who at their Psychological Stage in Adolescence was being poisoned by the Environment that they have.

      Some of them are due to drugs, most of them are due to the Society where they belong, few of them are due to Power, Money and Fame and mostly they are those people who needs Psychological Advice because that is a malfunction of their hormone and their brain.

      Do you know about Child and Adolescent Psychology? The nurture of the Puberty Period and the Society where they belong. I hope you came from a Respected University and that Institution feed your brain with proper knowledge since you were born.

    • I don't like this I love it :D You always know how to show stereotypes and misconceptions while still being amazingly funny. You have to step up and do more of these though! I've been lacking of my weekly dose!
