Shimmying down a stripper pole isn't just sexy, it's a great workout. At least that's the premise behind the hot trend of pole-dancing-as-exercise, aka "sexercise." infoMania's "Modern Lady" Erin Gibson gamely visits a Crunch gym to try her hand - and intertwined legs - at pole dancing under the supervision of an expert. We just hope Erin's thighs have stopped burning.

For good reason, no woman has ever had the balls, moxie or delusion to claim the title of "the world's premiere basic cable expert on lady stuff."

Meet Erin Gibson. She's freakishly tall, sort of smart, and willing to do just about anything to get a bemused chuckle.
