Kelly McGillis, star of the 80s films Top Gun and Witness, has come out of the closet.
Rumours of her sexuality have circulated for years - she appeared in lesbian film The Monkey's Mask in 2000, and last year she made a guest appearance in lesbian television series The L Word.
In an interview, McGillis said she is currently single but her next relationship will "definitely" be with a woman. "I'm done with the man thing. I did that. I need to move on in life. That's another part of being true to yourself that's been a challenge for me," she said. "Life is a freaking journey and it's about growing and changing and coming to terms with who and what you are and loving who you are."

Not surpised.. I have heard of rumors of her possibly being a lesbian..The rumors were at their strongest just after she starred with jody foster in the movie where jodie played a rape victim & she was the prosecuetor..
