Possibly the bendiest woman in the world, 28 year old Iona Luvsandorj smashed the world record for holding the Marinelli pose. This pose involved Iona bending completely backwards and then suspending herself above the ground using only a short pole and her mouth. She held this pose for 33 seconds.
Suddenly being able to do a bridge stretch doesn't seem that impressive anymore.
