Chocolate milk does a body good

Apparently drinking chocolate milk after exercising helps your muscles recover better than having a sports drink. Scientists at James Maddison University say that they studied muscle damage of football players and found that for those who followed up matches with a big glass of chocolate milk had lower levels of creatine kinase - an indicator of muscle damage - than the other guys.
This isn't that surprising to me actually, because most sports drinks are just sugar with some added vitamin boosters, while milk has some actual nutritious value even when you add chocolate to it.
HOWEVER, this does not mean that everyone should start binging on chocolate milkshakes.
