A woman claims her head was left bleeding after washing her hair with shampoo that she alleges contained shards of glass.
Sarah Owen, 34, of Acomb, North Yorks, was using VO5's Deep Nourishing shampoo - made by Basingstoke based firm Alberto-Culver.
Alberto-Culver offered the woman £9 in vouchers, claiming that there was no way it could be their fault.
