Male model John Wotherspoon says he lost his job at Butlers in the Buff after an injury left him with an unsightly scar on his tushy.
John claimed this week in court that he was deliberately run over by a car after getting into an argument at an Edinburgh nightclub. John's attacker followed him when he left the club and ran him over with his car.
John woke up in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary with injuries to his face, hand and behind.
"I had a job in which I worked at the weekends doing butlering," he said. "Now I have got a scar on my bottom I can't do it any more. Over that summer I couldn't do any modelling."
He explained to the court that he wore only an apron and a bow-tie to entertain hen parties and charity events through his job as a naked butler.
