Yeah nothing says "criminal" like BEING UNARMED.

You're right about the pod being pure racism. Shooting unarmed people because they are black is clearly racist. I'm glad you figured that out. :)

If "america as a community can NOT. can NOT tolerate criminals plain and simple" as you say then why do we tolerate the police, CIA, and FBI participating in the sale and transport of illegal drugs? Why did we illegally traffic arms to the Middle East and Central America? Why do we tolerate politicians selling political favors to anyone with deep pockets? Why do we still lynch gays? Why do we allow the fine folks on Wall Street to cheat American taxpayers out of so much money? Why is it my drunk & high white friends can swerve down the interstate at 90 mph, get pulled over, blow weed smoke in a cops face and not get arrested but my black ones catch a bid for identical behavior? Seems to me America loves crime and criminals and has historically supported it from the top down provided the perpetrators had the right combination of master statuses. This isn't some big secret so you can't lie to me and everyone else on here and say we don't see this stuff on the news or see it with our own eyes.

That said, I have seen people of all ethnicities catch a bad one from the cops. What it really boils down to IMHO is class. Ethnicity has been used as a marker for class since the country started. If you are unfortunate enough to be stigmatized as being in a lower social class, no matter what "color" you happen to be you stand a chance of getting extorted / shot / beat up / raped by the police. Hence I believe the police don't really treat anyone fairly. And I think it's because they don't "serve and protect" everybody... just the people who fit their arbitrary criteria for "good people", which usually means affluent, white, residing in a suburb, driving an SUV, male, older, heterosexual, wearing as suit. Bonus points awarded if you happen to be related to someone important like another police officer or some local politico. If you aren't all those things and can prove it when you interact with a po-po just be ready to be treated like scum.

Remember that if this stuff happens to any American it can potentially happen to all Americans. We need to stand against this stuff together instead of pretending this is about black people "acting like criminals" when we all know what is really happening...
