    • Extremely interesting subject. I think the voiceover was written really well. It gave me lots of information, but not more than I could handle, and broke it up with sequences of B-roll that gave me time to take the info and images in. Stunning and disturbing footage. I was glad that there was only one long sequence of the men with pierced faces, because I could hardly keep from turning away at the sight. It would've been interesting to have heard an interview or two, but I imagine that getting someone to speak might be difficult, quite literally. Cool piece.

    • this is amazing.. religious fervor to the extreme!
      fire-walking is one thing, but just looking at some of these piercings made my body ache. i feel like a pansy in my own personal religious exploration, but, even so, i think this pod has helped me realize that i'm okay with that.
      i'll just kneel and sprinkle holy water, thank you..

    • Ahhh! The bodies piercings! But supposedly the whole spirit medium experience is very powerful. I've never heard about this festival before...Very cool.
