Cannabis is only starting to be legalized now in the US the federal laws supersede the state laws therefor honest researchers and suppliers can still be charged by DEA even though its legal in some states now
because of government prohibition it is harder to research and obtain quality product and testing.

A UK Study on the effects of psychosis cannabis must be legalized for this to happen. There are published medical research going on right now a lot still in the animal testing stages due to fear of the psycho active effects of THC. Which there seems to be conflicting research because no research company has tested on humans they rely on individuals who obtain their cannabis from different sources at different grades strengths sometimes laced by dealers it is hard to obtain any conclusive results.
"The authors admitted, though, that it might be impossible to establish for sure whether cannabis causes psychosis on the basis of current methods. The big problem for researchers is that cannabis is illegal, which means that the strength and dose of active ingredient varies, in contrast for instance to the well-known dose of nicotine in tobacco, which is legally regulated.
Testing cannabis on the mind would run into huge legal and ethical hurdles.
So researchers are mainly left with the option of comparing groups of cannabis users against groups of non-users – with the hope that "confounding factors" do not undermine the exercise."
http://www.cosmosmagazine.com/news/1505/biggest-study-yet-links-cannabis-psychos...Its Hippocratic studies like these that say we know for sure cannabis can cause psychosis but a few paragraphs down they say its impossible to determine for sure
. Rick Simpson who provided the Terminal cancer patient with Hemp Oil made from Cannabis buds was jailed for doing so because it is not acceptable to test on willing humans with cannabis because of government propaganda .
