Legal Analyst, Theodore Boutrous Jr., joins Stephanie to talk about the latest after a federal appeals court in Boston ruled the Defense of Marriage Act was unconstitutional. Miller says that this is now starting a “legal perfect storm.” Boutrous says this is “trending in the right direction” after the last couple weeks with the President, Colin Powell, and Chris Wallace from Fox News all backing gay marriage.
