Stephanie speaks with Chris Cillizza, author of “The Gospel According to the Fix” and writer of “The Fix,” a blog for The Washington Post, about the current political climate in contrast to when Stephanie’s father was in politics. Cillizza says, “Partisanship is more rewarded now by elected officials.” He also said that at this point people know what they don’t want, “but not what they do want for the country.” Cillizza also weighs in on the Republican Party’s future with Hispanic voters and says, “The party cannot sustain as a party without finding a way to talk to Hispanic voters.”
