But that’s exactly what “The 4-Hour Body” author Tim Ferriss recommends for those who need to lose weight and don’t know where to start.

Well-known for his bestseller, the author backs up his bold theories with hard science. It’s all part of his ideology, which he calls “lifestyle design.”
