I like that there are two hosts to this show.
I enjoy watching the awkward expressions on the face of the person who *isn't* talking.
Eye twitching, repressed smirks... and Brett looking like he's going to puke until his line comes up, at which point he magically becomes happy and personable...
fun times.

I KNEW the top 2 would be Bullitt and The French Connection. I mean, look ANYWHERE and these are the always the top two car chases listed by anyone.
But... the French Connection wasn't even on your list?!
Are you serious? The director didn't get the permits to shoot the chase scene AND SHOT IT ANYWAY. Totally badass, and you totally dropped the ball. - 3 years ago

The French Connection has a much better car chase, even though it's technically between a car and a train.

Um... I think Fast & Furious is set as movie 1.5 not 2.5 as you described, so yeah, take the rest of the review with a grain of salt. Yes, this movie doesn't have the focus on the cars seen in the other 3 or any character development at all. It really is a generic action vengeance movie. Kind of a let down for fans of the franchise.

Brett how could you diss "Blade Runner"!?
So you wanted Replicants with "6 arms" coming out of their heads, easy for you to say .... but as an ex-Tyrell retired biochemist ... there are DNA barriers to doing so.
The best we could do was one extra arm and it caused hip and knee problems because of the shift in the center of gravity of the body.
Next thing you'll be telling us is that you preferred the idiotic, director’s cut, which implies that Deckard may also be a replicant.
Duh ...not in the novel and makes no logical sense from a story time line and Decker’s known history.
Keep this up and you may wake up with an origami head in your bed.
Great show and you and Ellen have great wit and report ... or is ti rapport ... but report as in "reporting" also works

This show rocks, I love it more and more each week :)
Brett -- I feel your pain about Blade Runner, I just didn't get that movie at all but everyone I know thinks it's this work of art. Whatever.
Ellen -- You are one funny lady!
