    • It's one of my favorites, but it's definitely flawed. There are holes in the plot, the violent romance scene doesn't work (the filmmakers will tell you that it was a failure), and Pris is kind of annoying, particularly her fighting style.

Easy flaws to overlook though. The film is hypnotic no matter how many times I watch it.

    • Bladerunner is my favorite movie. I simply cannot hear anyone say anything about the movie other than that it is simply perfect. I'm fully aware of the fact that other people may have different tastes/opinions, but concerning this movie, anything negative is just wrong. It's PERFECT. Perfect perfect perfect.

    • There are a million plot holes in Blade Runner, but there's usually a way to rationalize them. Regarding the human appearance of the replicants, the Tyrell Corporation may have decided it was politically advantageous not to have creepy mutants running around, particularly the ones that escape. That way, they can be taken out quietly without publicity. Additionally, if you take into account all the fucked up sociological experiments they seem to be undertaking (like with the questionable identity of you-know-who), there could be any number of mysterious, ulterior motivations behind their ostensible oversights.

There was even one draft of the movie in which Tyrell himself was discovered to be a replicant...
