A few funny and worthhwhile things in this movie, without(giving to much away):
a flying cow. Enough said.White horses:
They aren't just for girls. Next time you're feeling down, or are spending time in a nuthouse, get yourself a toy horse. It might make you feel better.
(But don't go killing people. Just play with the toy horse.)Also a Hieronymus Bosch version of the Last Supper, or maybe the Mad Hater's Tea Party. Anyway, any goth or metal band would love to have these scenes in their music videos, but Rob Zombie can only be in so many places at once.
Madness: Mayers the adult is taking orders from his mother and his child-self. And you know how cruel children can be. As the signs in the movie say: Be Careful.
If you tell someone that everything is ok, or that they're safe, be prepared for multiple stab wounds from Evil Incarnete.
To Rob:
Rob, in your next movie, put one of your own songs in the soundtrack(Or write one for it). F*** modesty, you've got some great music to turn people onto! Maybe write one using an different name. PR. PR.Also, forget the reviews or #1 at the box office. This is serious filmmaking here. We've got a rare talent here in Zombie. Make your movies!! Think big, too. Post-Apocolypse movie. Do a War movie. You can do anything! From concert stage to big screen. Spare no expense. You are the direct descendant of Romero and Carpenter with your own talents to bring to the party.
