    • yeah Ludacris picked Coming to America. That was a funny ass movie!! But it was pretty obvious that he picked Scarface because thats every rappers' favorite movie. Nonetheless, he picked some good movies like Meet the Parents,Ron Burgundy, and Coming To America.

    • His favorite movie of all time just happens to be the one he's starring in? OMG, what a coincidence!!! :o

Gee, just imagine if he was asked to do this list BEFORE making that movie! He probably knocked off some cinematic classic like The 40 Year Old Virgin!

    • Avalon is a great film. I suppose it has a similar premise to this, but the filmmaking sensibilities are exactly opposite. I don't know if you've actually seen it. It's not really an action film since there's very little action. It's actually a slow, surreal, spiritualist film, a lot like Ghost in the Shell I suppose.

It's in Polish, by the way. Oshii is the director. He's also made some other live-action films, the best of those being his first, Red Spectacles.

    • Well I like "Luda" and I also lived in Atlanta and bumped into him a few times. I am a fan because I actually appreciate him taking the road that Will Smith, Ice Cube, LL Cool J, and yes even Tupac had taken. Becoming a multi faceted entertainer. I wondered why he didn't mention Crash which I thought was a great movie over all.

    • Ah I had high hopes that after his first 3 picks Scarface wouldn't be in his top 5. I've never heard anyone that wasn't a rapper mention Scarface in their top 5. Also self-promotion weak. So I guess had this interview come out a few years ago he would have said 2 Fast to Furious is his number 1 movie.
