Just when you thought the health care mandate was safe, the Supreme Court enters the fray and well, everything could be turned upside down. Today, several of the Supreme Court’s most conservative justices clearly challenged the Obama administration’s arguments for the health care law.
Tonight on “The War Room,” we’ll get a firsthand account from inside the Supreme Court and insightful analysis from Ian Millhiser from the Center for American Progress. He’ll be joined by Vince Chhabria, who clerked for US Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. We’ll examine the legal ramifications of today’s arguments and what they could mean for the future of health care in America.
Then we’ll get a conservative perspective, with former Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum enters “The War Room.” He’s been an outspoken critic on “Obamacare.” And since he was the top legal official in Florida, we’ll ask him how he thinks the city of Sanford and the state of Florida is handling the Trayvon Martin murder case.
We’ll also talk about the latest on the campaign trail and put the health care discussion in political perspective with Celinda Lake, the president of Lake Research Partners. And democratic strategist Donnie Fowler of Dogpatch Strategies will also give us his take on the political news of the day.
Look for all this and more tonight on “The War Room” at 9 p.m. EST, 6 p.m. PST only on Current TV. If you have questions you want to ask our guests or thoughts on the show, tell us on Facebook or Twitter.
