In addition to being a DNC authority, Gaspard offers an insider’s perspective on President Obama. He served as the National Political Director of Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign, a member of Obama’s transition team, and then as the Director of the Office of Political Affairs for the Obama administration from January 2009 to 2011.
