We discussed Congressman Paul Ryan’s plan for slashing medical benefits, increasing defense spending and cutting taxes for the wealthy with Former Senator Byron Dorgan, who sat on the Senate Appropriattions Committee. What is Ryan trying to achieve with his “Path to Prosperity?”
