Chrystia Freeland, editor for Thomson Reuters, joins Jennifer Granholm in “The War Room” to talk about the anemic economy and to examine solutions for getting it back on track. Freeland says investing in infrastructure, education and stimulus through monetary policy would give the economic recovery the momentum it needs.
“Don’t listen too much to the deficit hawks,” Freeland said. “Right now the whole world is ready to loan America money for a very low rate for quite a long time. And guess what? America needs to invest in America.”
